Their first product, the Aarke Carbonator, has gained a cult following around the world with customers from more than 30 countries. About the role

We are now happy to search for a Logistics Coordinator to work closely with the Logistics Specialist to cover the entire Aarke logistics flow. Aarke is a scale-up company within the home appliances industry. Their cult-favorite Carbonator sells worldwide to an ever-growing market, and Logistics is a highly important team for their continued success. Today, the Business operations team consists of their Logistics Specialist, Supply chain manager and COO. This role will focus mostly on outbound logistics, from the point when finalized product leaves the production site to when they arrive in their distributors and retailers’ storage space.


• Follow up on daily scheduled deliveries to their third partner logistics (3PL) sites.

• Manage forecasting together with their logistics specialist.

• Communicate with retailers and their 3PL regarding scheduled deliveries.

• Assist with prioritizing outbound deliveries from storage to retailers.

• Collaborate with their sales department and other internal colleagues regarding relevant logistics.

You have a few (1-2) years of experience in a similar role and might have studied logistics or supply chain management. You are looking to join a company where your knowledge will be highly valued and developed. We believe you have an established understanding of logistics flow.

This role will require you to work in systems such as Business Central, Smart Sheet, and freight forwarder portals. Experience in this IT setup is a plus, though not a requirement.

Terms and conditions

This is a direct recruitment where you are employed directly by Aarke. The position is full time with office hours Monday through Friday. We would like you to start as soon as possible. Aarke office is located in Skanstull, Södermalm.
